Elite Excavation & Construction, LLC was established by Nick Pandolfo in 2010. Nick is a third-generation contractor with vast knowledge and experience in the industry. He created Elite from a vision of quality products and service. Nick has gone on to grow an extensive portfolio including successful site developments on Walmarts, PetSmarts, Dollar Generals, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Starbucks, and many more across New England. Nick and Elite have also worked closely with different developers throughout New England to complete shopping plazas, multi-residential, apartment complexes, commercial storage unit facilities, office buildings, medical facilities, and many other high end projects. In addition, he has built a strong team of employees with an array of skills and experience.

Elite specializes in taking visions from blueprints to completion. Demo, Earth Work, Concrete, Paving, and Landscaping,  are among the work we specialize in. No project is too big or small for our skilled team of craftsmen. Our experienced staff posses the skills and knowledge to complete a full range of projects and services. We pride ourselves on getting to know each and every one of our clients on a personal level and maintain a superior level of customer service at all times.

Elite strives to exceed OSHA safety standards on a daily basis. We take pride of the fact that we are accident-free to date, and use the utmost degree of caution and safety practices on our work sites.  Management, staff, and employees take part in safety training and hold safety meetings on a weekly basis. In our line of work, there is no room for compromise, and we are always looking for new practices and techniques in order to make sure our team and our surroundings are as safe as humanly possible.
